Methods of Payment
We accept most credit cards and debit plus cards. This can be done through Paypal. Alternatively you may prefer to call us on our toll free number and cite your credit card number to us.
you can also pay by internet banking. Contact us and we can give you our bank account details. You can also pay by cheque. Once funds are cleared we can courier your order.
We accept Q card and Farmers card. We can also organise finance. Once again contact us for details.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.
Prices on this website are correct at time of release however, due to various reasons, prices may alter. Diamonds Direct reserves the right to make changes to these prices. If this has happened on any item you have ordered you will be notified before any payment has been processed.
Free delivery on all orders within New Zealand. All our products are beautifully gift wrapped.
Items will be sent by signature required courier hand to hand for maximum security.
All goods are fully insured during delivery, from when it leaves our hands and until it is signed for at your choice of delivery address.
If you have ordered an engagement ring for example, for the benefit of surprise, do consider we can courier to an address other than where the gift receiver may be.
International Shipping will be by way of an international courier company, also signature required. Shipping costs will vary from country to country. Please email us for a quote. click here
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.
If the item is different from what you ordered you are entitled to return it within 30 days of having received it. Diamonds Direct will replace the item with the correct goods ordered. This will only apply if the item is returned to Diamonds Direct in it’s original condition that it left Diamonds Direct in. All relevant valuations, Diamond Certificates etc must be returned also for this to apply.
Unless custom made to order, a full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our store, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping costs in both directions are non refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty we will replace them, if they are returned to our store within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
If goods are damaged while in transit they must returned, within three working days of you having received them, including courier original courier parcel and packaging. The goods will be replaced by Diamonds Direct to you and you will be reimbursed the costs of freight regarding returned damaged goods.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty. e.g. watches.
When returning items , for security reasons, please do not write Diamonds Direct or anything indicating the contents of the courier parcel on the outside. Contact us if you are unsure.Diamonds Direct takes no responsibility for the items being returned until they are signed for and in the possession of Diamonds Direct.
Items will not be accepted for return if they show signs of wear, or have been altered in any way including engraved, a ring having been sized, unless by Diamonds Direct, or damaged.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to anyone. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
